Depending on the customer needs, we can adjust the promoters driving gene expression, antibiotic resistance for subcloning as well as potential subsequent clonal selection, delivery method and introduce numerous modifications to the gene itself (e.g. UTR presence, sequence alterations, tags). Once the vector carrying the gene is ready, we can introduce it into eukaryotic cell lines and stabilize them for you or express the gene in bacteria to obtain the protein you need.
